as long as its for the 7thgen yes. the only difference is if it was made for A/T or M/T. even then an A/T CAI can fit on a M/T so it might be vice versa.
intake from/for an EX will NOT fit an lx/dx directly. and vice versa
the ONLY CAI aviable for the automatic 7thgens is the Injen RD CAI.
examples:
CAI for 5speed honda civic EX 01+ will not fit an automatic ex 01+ directly.
AEM SRI for honda civic 01+ lx/dx will not fit an EX automatic nor EX 5-speed
i believe it has to deal with the tranny case on the autos, the motor mounts on the manuals. and if you have seen the lx/dx aem sri compared to the ex sri, you can obviously figure out the lx/dx has more bends
so when looking for an intake that thats a direct fitment, make sure:
-is it meant for automatics or manual transmissions?
-is it for EX or DX/LX/other?
-will this CAI fit my automatic or is this CAI meant for automatic trannies only?

the only diffrence when it comes to intakes is if you have a auto or 5spd and thats ONLY if your buying a CAI.
a SRI will fit no matter, if its a ex, lx, auto or 5spd. there is no diffrence there.
the only time the tranny comes into place is with a CAI.
so in answer to your question if your buying a SRI ebay intake then you have nothing to worry about as long as its made for a d17.
if your buying a CAI ebay intake or any CAI make sure that its for a auto or 5spd, depending on what you have.

Dont Buy!!!!!
all i can say for the ebay intakes is, make sure you buy one with the full arch thing where the intake connects to the intake uhhh....im blanking on what its called,....thing with the butterfly valve on the intake thing. I got one that did not and it didnt fit correctly, I had to "jimmy-rig it" to make it fit. I used part of my stock intake to make the connection fit right. I just got a job so Ill be getting a new intake,..but yeah, just thought Id let you know ahead of time.
