Deff not the best looking, but I dont like to show off my monster D17, so wouldnt matter to me. Only concern is, will it still fit with a Neuspeed strut bar?

After the adjustment period with it, how much better did it get? Do you think its worth the money for it? Or just save for the Turbo instead? 220 isnt to hard to save up, compared to a turbo kit.

it'll fit a neuspeed strut bar no problem. I'm not sure if the car is still adjusting or not. I'll know more by the end of this week. It's definitely a good intake. still not anything crazy since it's a D17, but IMO Iceman is the best for our cars. It's more of a torque intake. Ask czechcivic how his iceman intake is doing since he's had his longer then i have.

Nice, I have really been having an itch to mod my car again, its been too long. When I saw this thread I got excited about an intake for the first time. I wonder if there will be a groupbuy on them for even better price...Torque is deff what I want to improve on my car, with my tanabe catback it robbed me of a little low end, wouldnt mind getting some of that back, if not give me a little more than stock.

actually for the first time in a while i took my silencer off and it worked pretty good with the iceman (i have a tanabe too). usually lose lots of low end with that silencer off but it was a nice combo. good torque and high end power.

if you didnt tighten it. maybe its just cuz its a neuspeed bar and its touching the end of the engine bay. i never had a problem with my dc sports bar.

make sure it clears everything.

i still like it. i got mine in the middle of winter (I also had the FIPK in winter too) so the gains obviously felt better. even though it has warmed up i think the performance of the iceman hasn't changed much. I think in the future i'm gonna get an injen universal heat shield for the filter. FYI i got mine at importrp.com but mmrusa.com has them for $165US. for canadian buyers i'd recommend importrp.com since shipping is cheaper.

it was mostly that hose that says parker or something. it does rattle against the intake on occasion but i put some foam there.

From your pic I think you could push the intake down into the throttle body a little more.....Oh and if that doesnt work try reinstalling the bar tight each bolt a little bit at a time so that the screws all thred evenly....Mine didnt the first time...if that doent work

take off the intake and shave it down a 1/2 inch.... maybe that'll fix it.
