They normally go around $220 anywhere ya look. Ive seen them for like $190, but I think it was a group buy. Good choice tho, its one of the best intakes for our cars.

It was either that one or the injen. I can get the injen for $130. Seems that I hear higher feedback on the K&N. Don't mind spending alittle extra. Depends on the gain though think the extra gain from the K&N is worth the $80 dif?

that's a highly opinionated question....... unfortunately.......
but with the K&N, hydrolock will be free from your thoughts!

cold air intakes have the filter low and closer to floods of water and such. short ram intakes where the filter is in the engine bay, will not be in contact with such things....

The only way to successfully hydrolock an engine with a K&N FIPK is by driving through a river. That isn't something I'd really suggest doing in a civic.

yes there is. I have the k &n and it does not rob the low end which is cool. Also the k&n has a heat shield and also is made out of plastic so it doesn't heat up as much as intakes like injen and also aem
