dual halo headlight bulbs

dual halo headlight bulbs
ok ive tried and really havent gotten a deffinite answer. does anyone know what type of light bulb the driving lights of the dual halo headlights takes? i know i can take the bumper off and the headlights out to check but, to tell u the thruth , im lazy. i want to ghet the PIAA plasma yellow-ion bulbs, sweet as hell, but i need to know what type of bulb the driving lights take. i heard it was an h1 bulb but if someone could help itd be sweet

most of the time, the high beam is h1 and so is the low beam, the parking lights are the stock bulbs, same with the corner bulbs

Rep Power: 373 ^^ based on that link, it looks like its gonna be h1 bulbs for both low/high beams and 194 for the turn signals and 3557? for turn signals.. the same as tycs.
i am not completly sure if the turn signals are 3557, but i am pretty mine in my tycs are that size.

i've got those ones from ebay and let me tell you, a hell of a lot better than the tyc's, maybe not looking, but light output is awesome....anyway, driving light is 194, turn is 7443 both of those are same as stock.... then the high beam is h1 and the low beam is h3....and there you have it, a definite answer...

hey, yes, the high beams are h1's and the low beams are h3's...and yes, i have them....they are the best projectors for our cars, i bet they would take hid's very well......
and you could leave them off, if you didn't wire them, unless you wanted to wire them to a switch and then have it so that you can turn them on and off when you want...
btw, i will be selling these shortly, just to let you guys know so that if you are intersted, you can start looking for a thread from me....i also have the tyc's as well.....later

Rep Power: 0 yeah on ebay there either in black or chrome. i have the chrome ones and rthe chrome near the covering lense is spotting up. it looks like it is turning black kinda, id go black if i were you.
i don't know what lens would fit...it's larger than the tyc's lens...but i bet that these would take a set of hid's really well....either tomorrow night or the night after, i will take a pic of the cut off and the output, hoping that my camera works well for that....anyway, yeah, they def are sweet....
