I'm wondering the same thing... I guess either e-mail/ call the tech ppl at AEM, or get a service manual for the Civic.

umm... I think streetglower might have it, dont know where he got it from... probably from the dealer. Borrowing 1 from Honda is.......... well, it's Honda.... so.....
unfortunately, the DIY doesnt tell us how much to torque.

who you callin n00b, nOOB!

anyway, gearbox, I read the DIY before and I just read it again.... unless my IE is loading up something different, I dont see where the DIY indicates how many ft/lb is needed to secure the pullies or do the instructions.

AEM instrustions might. I'll look at the service book later. But you need special tools to do the install. Not as easy as it seems.

It says impact/air tools to get bolts off, and isn't there a special way of installing the new pulleys?

yes sir.... things need to be torqued right...... even the bolts for a strut bar has a torque spec..... I would figure the belts and pullies are more important.

There is a special way of putting on the pulley tho, so it doesn't get damaged. I can't remember.
