some people have said that they potentially bend the shifter cables, I'd recommend the Revo SS with grey's and capyoda's upgrade kits.

well actually b&m isnt technically a short throw shifter.. its a precise shift kit... the lever is actually LONGER than the stock lever, the throw feels the same as the stock lever with a neuspeed short throw adaptor...
i dont see how the thing, when properly installed, can bend the cables..
its nice and smooth... its a pain in the *** to install, the neuspeed was kinda freaky cause you had to drill into the thing

its a friggin cakewalk..
if its the revo.. you remove the console
take off the shift linkages, then unbolt the assembly....
all can be done in any garage WITHOUT lifting hte car up
