If your going to fix up your girlfriend's car, I think the best thing to do is to ask her opinion on the wheels. She will love picking out a set of wheels for herself. I'm not sure she will be down for some black rotas.

And I dont think pulleys will do much on 7th gen civics. They may give u same amount of power gains as a cold air intake would give u.

1---upgrade from the outside in!
2---Check out Robearracing.com or Dezod.com for deals or us here for buy/trade
3---CAI FIPK2 have good feedbacks on them----250+
4---Headers--I would go with DCsports--I got em!----250+
5---K&N catback sounds great-----300+
6---get TEIN SS lower your ride----800+
7---Nice set of lightweight forged wheels w/ some Zrated rubs---1g+
That would get you started!
but you can get the alloy wheels from one of the guys for like 400+ and get a better tires and you can spend the rest on ACT lightweight flywheels and racing clutch!
But you said this is your girls car!
1---lowering springs
2---get a nice set of wheels
3---get your ice on
4---CF vented Hood
5---get a catback exhaust
6---take the change buy her a dinner and make out

Do not void the warranty on the tranny or the engine! just leave the engine alone, it's a girls ride, just make it look sweet!

oh yeah about the turbo, dont listen to the other guys. they've probly never been in a turboed 7thgen. believe me, i have a custom turbonetics kit and smoking an rsx type-s is like taking candy from a baby. and yes turbo is not covered in your warranty, but who says all the other mods are?
if it is for ur girls ride.....the Revo short shifter is well neded.....my g/f loves mine and wants one for hers. more fun to drive and easy to reverse the install if there are warrenty problems.
first things first, my g/f love the jdm clean look, it was her idea for the DIY headlights with the amber corner and some rotas slips with azenis and tein ss damps..... if it was my choice....turbo.
1) Kit and paint - $1000
2) 17's and tires - $ 850
3) drop springs - $ 150
Performance isnt really going to give you anything worth while unless you boost or are willing to spend close to 3 G's.. so I'd just go for the looks right now.. then later do the performance.

Actually, for all you guys that said you can't get 15-18hp out of I/H/E, I believe carbonfly posted his dyno saying he had 117whp. A normal EX puts down about 101whp. That's 16hp. I could be wrong, but I don't believe I am.
Well,, I must say the 03 vic has a fairly good suspension. And I did notice a little difference with my cold air intake(only during normal driving conditions I noticed a little better of a pic up).. the exhaust is deeper too(meaning it must be putting more air through).. also if u want just performance. get I/H/E, and a VAFC... That'll get ya started if ya don't want to get a turbo kit..
