Rep Power: 0 I have the dc short throw adapter in my ride. I got it for 40 bucks way in the day from another member on this site. It's not bad. The revo is better I think because not only does it lower the shifter height, but it reduces the throw by a larger amount. IMO, the dc's reduction in throw is alot better than stock and not rediculously close like certain other products out there. The reason I got the dc short throw was because I was shifting hard enough to grind synchros alot when I was stock. After I got the dc, I didn't grind at all. It's a good upgrade for someone who doesn't want to fear grinding and also for someone who doesn't want to have the rediculous closeness of other short throws. I haven't shifted with a revo before, but I hear good things. It's really your call on which you prefer!

Rep Power: 0 i think overall the revo ss and the dc short shifter adapter is the same thing at the end... well the revo looks better because it is much more shorter and stuff.. and probably has a more shorter throw then the dc short shifter adapter.. but when i first got my dc short shifter adapter.. the throw felt really short.. and it was cool and all... but after i got used to it... i don't even feel it anymore... now it feels stock to me... cause i am so used to it.. same thing as the revo ss... people who has the revo ss... say that they loved it when they first got it and they could really feel it and all.. but after a while... they too don't feel the revo ss anymore... but its way better then stock... by the way.. i got my dc for 40 buck from a member in here..

Anyway, I have had both. The dc one is alright. It could get kind of rough sometimes and it doesn't shorten the rod. I personally like the Revo better. It is much smoother and has a shorter rod. So if I had to pick one, i would go with the Revo.
