What happened with this? I drove a type s with it and it made a huge difference. No wheel hop, no rocking, and no jerk when downshifting!
working on some ideas, I have an ex manual trans so anything I get made will work with abs. I just need some time to think about how I want to secure it to the car. Trying to find a more central location that wont bend things. The drivvers side is looking pretty good though.
yeah I know. who has one of the dampers from ebay? How wide is the body at the biggest point? The brackets whouldnt be too hard to make though and I know a ton of good metal shops that can do the work for me.

how about.....instead of having a bracket to the engine mount.....lets bolt this thing straight on to the engine mount screw (if the hole is big enough)....then have a bracket to the frame...thinking about the bolt UNDER the brake fluid resovior
and this bolt is pretty straight across from the engine mount screw...so the dampler will be sitting straight instead of at an angle...which is alot better
ill do some drawing as soon as i get my digicam back.
