Um yeah I don't have a welder so if someone wants to do the welding or whatever for me and sell it that'd be rad.
If it works, of course.

your the ish
I had it in my sig for quick reference.
As for a comment above, I don't think they will weld to to the body just make some braket peices and weld those together.
Also here is a site with low priced tools and other stuff.

They have welders from $79.00 and up

but for the turbo guys this would be nice
I've got the Energy Suspension motor mounts, it's a 2 piece kit, front and rear mount. I'm about to put them in when my DH pulley spacer comes in, you know how that is? I ordered them from SUMMIT, they came out to $30 even and had to be special ordered for Energy. They come in red and graphite I got red. Kinda off topic but kinda on topic too.

Yah, bushings help but work more so for the bottom of the engine. The damper is supposed to help the upper portion of the engine.

actually i was surprised, our engines travel quite a bit. try popping the hood while its on and revving it up with the throttle cable from inside the engine bay. this should help even for stock engines.

The idea is that by supporting the engine and eliminating back and forth motion, more power is transfered through the driveline. Think of when you are shifting hard; the engine is under load, the load stops when you depress the clutch, and the engine rocks forward, then when you shift and hit the gas again, the load on the engine forces it back, creating a lose of power through extra motion. This acts as a brace to eliminate that motion. The idea behind it is simple and I'm not really sure if it works, but it looks cool on the Ep3's and Dc5's.

you guys think that the strut tower is thick enough to bolt into like that without wrecking it or causing it to deform? I'm just a little nervous about drilling into that to hang a bracket

the strut tower is pretty thick and should handle a bracket with a decent sized base fine.
I am buying cdmx's dampner so i'll be trying to fit this as well.
