I was getting the turbo put in this summer but never got a call back from the company i was going to, so I sold the intake. Because I know I'm buying the turbo kit by spring, I only bought an ebay intake to hold me over.

i have looked at ebay a million times for an intake for my lx auto. i cannot find one for auto's, just manual. so if there is an , say... hx auto, will that fit?? cuz i notice that the ex ones fit the dx... help
im buyin all my stuff off of ebay probably. I personally think its stupid to spend 200 on a piece of aluminum or metal tubing and a filter, when i spent 20 for the tube, and 40 on my k&n filter. Im gettin a cat back from testpipe.com probably and my header from ebay. Only thing im not getting from ebay is my wheels and tires.

i am actually a 56 year old man in prison.
kidding.
no the "fine" is actually pointing to the "02 civic" part of my name. I realized the confusion after i registered and stuff...I am not conceited and if i did think i was "fine" i would be sure not to put it in my name. It was an honest mistake.

I find the modified version of your stock airbox is pretty good. Remove the large airbox, take the little extention arm off of it rig it up the box that holds your filter and wam! it acts as a SRI i think. A friend of mine extended the extention with pvc pipe to go behind the headlight. says it works pretty good. enjoy the suction. hehe.

as for my post in the mid atlantic forum, obviously you never helped a guy out. what's wrong if 2 members on the forum help each other out? he/she probably has a nice ride, or might need some help with their ride. By getting to know them, i/we/they are only expanding the availability of people that can help em out. Plus, its not like i'm gonna be a cheap ***, i'd gladly pay for gas and what not.
me lame? i think not.
your just another wannabe e-gangster asshat that i'm pointing out. Just be like the others and come back when your at least 16. hopefully your ***** will have dropped by then

so if I get nitrous, do I actually need to run 92 octane gas, or can I use the unleaded gas that I have been using since I bought the car, I think that is 88 octane, I am not sure though?

hey civic4dizoor, this website is to give help to people about there car problems or other knowledgable info that you can give about 7thgen civics, not to cuss at people and tell them how stupid they are, so please back off on all of that crap and be nice to everyone. Everyone has there opinions and whether you or someone else is lying or not, who cares, just be respectful and let it go.

back to the topic,
they're all filters on expensive sticks. AEM, Injen, whatever...your usually paying for the name.
anyways, on the D17, it doesnt even matter. They ALL will give you 1-3 hp in a different part of the powerband.

I personally think that if you dont have money to get good brands or have enough money to get top quality parts, than you should wait untill you do because the top quality parts will outlast and outperform the lower quality brands.
