Any peeps from the Denver CO, area?
Ok guys....rough day here...lol
I spoke with Rob @ Robearracing.com and I'm NOT gettin' the Hayame's...BUMMER (He said they wouldn't be in for at LEAST another month....I CAN'T WAIT THAT LONG)
So....with my order being paid for already, he hooked me up with a set of Koni Yellow's and an Altezza front grill for the same price...not bad IMO...and he was REALLY helpfull about working with me. Good guy IMO.
BUT...on the UPSIDE...I now have RACE RICE!!! lol
BTW...THEY'RE MAGNETS!!! Except for the 7thgencivic.com stickers on the windows...those STAY!! lol

Ride on the Koni's is beautiful, especially with the race springs like i have and jason will have, ride gets noisy but it is well worth it. Yeah and Jason have fun with the install on the koni's lol. not toomuch of a bitch, but i would recommend getting a pipe cutter if your doing it yourself, but i bet your not, are you going to have your bud help you out?
Yeah...I'll prolly end up doing it my self...just to save money, lol. Otherwise I'd be lazy and have my friend do it, but oh well. lol
I'm kinda excited to have adjustable dampers...I hear they're WAY better to race on! We'll see!!!

Well all, I just found out I'll be at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico (Bataan Death March) on the weekend of the 21st, so I'll miss the meet. I'll be sure to show up at the next one though.
I know the hampden/chambers area, I'm moving down to DTC in the next month. I'm not a big fan of Aurora. Yeah, itr's good to be in the states, but when all my friends got deployed, it felt like I should've gone too.
Anyway, I've heard mixed things about the Koni Yellows, let us know what you think when you get them on. I was about to switch out my exhaust system today when I discovered I got sent the wrong downpipe for my LX, what a pain in the ***. I only got to put the axle-back on, still sounds pretty good though. Next purchase: Rims!

Custom exhaust usually dont sound as good as the actuall pipe, if ur slightly concerned with that at all, if possible i would wait till they sent you the correct downpipe
I'm going to see if I can have the pipe bent by a shop, there's a place down there street that does that sort of thing. It's worth a shot anyway, if not i'll have one made. Besides, it's only a 2 foot section of pipe anyway, and I can have them weld the whole thing too

oh, fatty in case your mind starts getting antsey and you just cant stop thinking about the socks when they get in, just make sure you dont mess wit the rear shocks or any for that matter, the rears especially cause the little ring that you'll have on the rears is to adjust the perch, do not move it to the upper one, it needs to be on the lowest one, if for some reason it is on the upper one, that sucks, cause then it weakens the strength of the ring possibly causing your perch to fail later. Thats just what i hear. lol and i was damn tempted to take it off to see how it would change the height of the car then i realized, a sneak peak was not worth the hassle.
