That would be awesome if you get in to Auto Cross. Seems like it takes more skill then drag racing. I've been waiting to go to some to check it out, but I haven't gotten around to it.

Those rims are sweet jason!!!! Your car will look even better with a drop. Maybe you should get your brake calipers painted blue, that would look nice!
I guess I'm next to get some....

Damn, noone has even seen my car, lol. I'll get some pics up later when I get a chance. Yeah, dude, without the turbo on my car, I have a 2.5 inch exhaust and it is slow as ****. I wouldn't recommend opening up your exhaust anymore, you won't gain **** on the top end.

Yeah just checked The solo2 website the event on the 4th is at the World arena, doesn't look like there will be any events any where else in the springs but there, and most of denvers are at Coors field. I also noticed they have a winter series, i wish KS had one of those!

oh ok, that makes more sense to me, yeah, I have finals for school and the drive is about 7 hours so it isn't worth it for an autox, but yeah if this is your first one, definitly ride with someone first before you drive and read the handbook, you can find it online, i dont know if you have any experience with autox but the only way to understand and get better is to go and get lots and lots of seat time.
I dont even think i will be back in the springs untill the 27th or so

yeah ill definitely show up to the AutoX on the 13th. Im just gonna hang out and watch and learn. Do u have the link to the page where u register your season number? And yeah we're definitely whoring this CO thread!
I might ride with someone if I find that someone will LET me, but I don't intend to enter...YET!!! lol
I will fo sho read the handbook, and I'm prettymuch just trying to get together a car club/autoX club. Maybe a Regional car club would be a better idea. I dunno. Any suggestions?

Its too bad there arn't small venues you can go to because they are the best ways to start out, but since it is winter, no one will be too serious, and you can get better ideas on what is really going on. FattyMcJ, what class did you put your car in when you registered? Anyway, you might as well run your car because you have to pay to even ride along, but it is up to you.....(seat time, seat time, seat time). Sorry, but i love autox, and get all worked up, and it is awesome to see new people getting into it. You will get hooked man.
The Springs event just may be better to run in because i would assume it is a smaller crowd, but probably not by much.

I put my car in the STS class...intake screwed me there. lol I checked my competition and others in the class, from CO anyway, are runnin' RSX-S's, Civic Si's, Celica's, Integra's, and one SAAB 900. Hmmm... this should be interesting. lol
