Exclamation D16 to GSR Swap HELP

Hi All, my name is Mark and i will be completely honest in saying that I am completely new to the Honda world and infact I do need help lol. I currently have a 2000 Civic EX coupe 5 speed with the original D16 motor and trans. I have been looking to do a swap and I found someone with a totaled 96 EK hatch with a full GSR swap under the hood. The shell is completely totaled but the motor and trans is 100% the only bad thing is that the axles are broke so i cannot drive the car. But the car does start. He is offering that I just tow the car and I can use whatever I want and to just scrap it when I am finished. Now before I purchase anything I want to be positive that it will work with my car and I do not need to purchase anything else. If i get this and have my car and this one brought to my local shop, will they be able to do the swap with no compatibility problems? No wiring/ecu problems? My stock D16 axles work with GSR motor and trans? D16 clutch work? I am sorry for asking too many questions or if i just plain sound like an idiot! I just want to be positive that I am not getting myself into a mess and that this swap will work 100% and be reliable. Thank you so much for your time and any help or tips are GREATLY appreciated! THANKS!
