87 wagon D15A2 carb swap?

I apologize if someone else has already covered this topic but I couldn't seem to find anything... I have an 87 civic wagon with the D15A2 motor and stock carb. This car was unfortunately beat to hell before I got it and naturally needs some work, the most pressing being the carb. I've decided to just replace the stock unit with one of the weber aftermarket kits, but as anyone who knows this model year knows, the vacuum system is a good contender for the most complicated setup ever installed on a car (intentionally that is). I'm having trouble identifying which of the various components and lines(30+ in all) I need to keep and which I can do away with since the new unit is not vacuum run. I assume the vacuum timing advance system needs to be kept but again, with this maze I'm having trouble telling which components it actually relies on. Any help would be appreciated, I can supply any needed pics or other info promptly, Thanks, Dan...
