Exclamation Head Light PROBLEMO

Hey guys, i just purchased this car

1993 Honda Civic
b15 non vtec

For some reason the cars PASSENGER side headlight is dim, even switching to brights it is still dim.

1.) i have checked all fuses- all are good
2.) i have checked 2 bulbs- both were good on the driver side
3.) i have checked most grounds- this is where i think the problem may be. May i get some help as to where the headlight ground may be? Does anyone have a physical picture?

Thanks so much. The halogen bulbs are currently on the car, NO HIDs installed currently.

Hmm, that's weird because it looks like you have an OPTIX HID ballast in that bottom picture. If that ballast is hooked up to the lights, that's the first place I'd start.

Thats what i was thinking, sorry for the confusion but all the wires on the optix hid kit are unhooked and free. Im not sure what the previous owner was doing with this car.

If that HID kit is COMPLETELY removed from the equation (i.e. everything is unhooked), then I'd imagine that the headlight ground would be near the fuse box or wherever the source of the headlight wire is.
