95 civic headlight connector problem
95 civic headlight connector problem
Hi all I have a 95 civic. My drivers side low beam was very dull. When I went to check it out, the connector that plugs into the bulb is melted. Also the ground wire basically broke off the spade lug. I did see some info on the web that if you use H4 bulbs, it can cause the connector to melt. Is this true?? The stock bulb is the 9003. IS this a common issue with these cars? Maybe I do have the some type of hi performance bulbs in it, I bought the car used. The passenger side also looks like it may be starting to get slightly melted also. Any advice? thanks to all

You can purchase replacement pigtails (socket with wires) for most types of headlight bulbs at almost any parts store......even DangerZone.
