Ok so, I left my b20b eg coupe with my friend with a few days. Told him it has a few issues so don’t drive it. Low and behold he drove it. He said he hit a speed bump at 7mph I don’t believe it looking at the damage. Well to the main issue at hand. The car will now not crank. I’ve tested with a multimeter the battery 13v, the ignition 12v m, and the starter signal 0v, the clutch switches bypassed, and the wires are all intact… I hear and feel a click in the main relay. But I have not gotten to the starter relay. The car runs fine if I bump start it but I cannot get the starter to turn. I’ve replaced the starter with a spare.

I’m new to civics and I’ve seen some people have similar issues, but the clutch switch is bypassed so I don’t think it’s that. The wires for the bypass are still intact and connected.

Don’t worry he will never drive the car again. Also did not state car runs perfectly once started
