Odd problem: Dist shaft not normal.

Car is a 1994 Civic with a D15B7 from an unknown donor car. When I ordered a rotor based on the year and make, the one rockauto sent me is wrong. But from everything I have seen online it's right, so something is different about this distributor. The problem is, on my engine the hold down screw threads into the FLAT on the dist shaft. Every other picture I have seen, and the rotor I was sent has the screw thread into the opposite side of the flat. The engine runs fine now (after replacing a faulty coil) but i wanted to do some PM while I was tearing into the distributor. Anyone have any experience with this? As in what part do I have to order to get the right rotor. Thanks.
