Raise the rear and do a 6/12 and 3/9 (clock/hand position test) on the the tire/wheel.
After test above the next test is to (back still raised) spin each tire manually using an auto stethoscope ($4 Harbor Freight) or long screw driver with the tip to the stationary hub area and the handle end to your ear. This will amplify noise, listen for grinding/low level whining.
If tests pass follow Collin's advice.
