install on extended wheel studs
as anybody installed wheel studs? can you install extended wheel studs without separating the wheel bearing and taking off the knuckle (peice that studs press into) or you must take off the knuckle to get the studs off? im installing extended wheel studs when i get them end of the week.

Re: install on extended wheel studs
you have to press out the spindle out of the knuckle to replace the wheel studs in the front, I think there is enough room on the rear to replace the wheels studs without removing the spindle. I haven't replaced wheel studs in the rear yet only the ones in the front so I'm not sure about the rears. Also honda packs that bearing really tight and it is almost always guaranteed to come apart when you press out the spindle, I highly recommend that you replace the bearing if it comes apart on you cause if you get it back together and it is not perfect give it about a week to 3 months and the bearing will go bad and you will have to go back and replace the bearing.
