1995 DX Sedan B18b1 swap t

I have a Lsv b18b1 swapped 5th gen sedan, I'm having an issue with the transmission, when the rpms decline in low gears it sounds like something is rubbing, almost like tue tire on the fender well, but it isn't actually that, sounds more like the throw out, but when I let off the gas in 3rd gear or 5th gear it pops out, and when I downshift into 3rd, rev match or not, it grinds real bad. Is it just the throw out bearing? Or synchro? Please help, it's my daily driver and I'm a broke teenager lol

Popping out of gear is usually a mount, or shift linkage issue.
