2nd gear...grinding sometimes.

Well, when i'm full throttle and i shift into second fast, racing, it goes in fine and sticks. Sometimes when I'm driving normal and I think I've pulled it back all the way to 2nd it grinds. and I have to pull it back again to get it in gear. Is my shifter aligned wrong? OR, Have I destroyed the synchros in 2nd gear already?

Lots of people have had this 2nd gear grind issue. Do a search for 'grind' and you'll see them.

There is a TSB concerning this. I don't know where you got your car, but you can take it to Fowler. That's where I took mine, and they fixed it. No questions asked.
