Headgasket?

1993 cx d15b it spits coolant to the reservoir and doesn’t suck it back when cold and the fan has never came on in the two years I’ve had it. I’ve replaced the radiator temperature sensor coolant fan switch and thermostat. Fan will turn on if jumped at fan switch. Any help is appreciated.
