I have a Civic with a d16zc engine and 96 4 door everything else. The issue I have is that after I warm up and drive my car to the gas station after work for example and after about 5 to 10 mins of being off, while I pump gas it randomly likes to loss power. And I have to pretty much floor it during the 30s to 1min period to get it to maintain speed. But it will go away after a while and never happens on the initial trip. Always the return trip. I have noticed during those periods the vacuum drops to almost nothing.
