Help, Can't Start - 95 Honda Civic DX Coupe -

Hey all;
I have a 1995 Honda Civic DX Coupe. When I turn the key I here all the electrical turn on, the beeping, the fuel pump goes for a moment but nothing happens. The starter motor does not turn.
I checked the starter fuse. I checked the power to the starter solenoid. I took the main starter relay out from under the steering column and re soldered all the solder joints.
Does anyone know of any other things I might be able to test or check?
Thank you so much for any help or advice.
Lenny

Starter could be bad, 5 speed or auto?
Can give the starter a couple smacks and see if it will then crank.
Could also be a bad electrical connection

Its a 5 speed. I ran power from the battery to the solenoid on the engine started right up. Aye, its something electrical. Just trying to figure out which electrical that is.

Also, I just now went to O'Reillys and replaced this RZ-0132

with this RZ-0159
https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/o4QAA...3K/s-l1600.jpg

The guy said if the plug fits then it should just work. The car still does not start. I don't know if this new relay would even work.
Any other ideas are greatly apreactiated

Clutch switch good? Little rubber pad didn't fall off?

Electrical connections for the starter and battery clean tight and shiny?

On my girlfriend's car the wire going into the positive battery terminal was corroded and making a bad connection right where it was clamped to the terminal and the car wouldn't start

Ahhh HA!
Just figured it out
The Starter cutoff switch
The thingy that makes sure the clutch is in. I ordered one on amazon and am just by passing it in the mean time.
Thank you all for all the good leads to sniff around on
