Hi everybody, a couple weeks ago my car decided to stop working (1994 4dr civic dx, 5pd, 210,000 mi). Being a student, I have decided to undertake the task of fixing it myself. As far as I can tell, there is an issue with the starter or its electrical system. When I turn the key in the ignition, nothing happens.
When the problem first started, I'd turn the key once, nothing. Second time it would sound like the starter was charged half way. The third time the car would start. This got worse, until my car just wouldn't start.

I pulled the starter out of the car and had it hooked up to a testing machine at an auto zone and it seemed to work fine.

I tried to jump start the car, but that did nothing.

All my electronics work (radio, air, lights).

When I turn the ignition, the headlights stay on.

All the cables seem to be hooked up.

I have not been able to check the starter relay, because I'm not sure exactly where it is.

So, can anyone help my find exactly where the relay is? All I know is the left end of the dashboard.
Also, if anyone else has suggestions on what could be the problem, I'm all ears.

if you look on the inside of the cover of the fusebox, it will tell you what location each relay and fuse is
