A/C Belt HELP!

The other day I was driving and I heard a snap. I looked into the engine compartment to find out that I had broken my alternater belt. In a rush (Because I had to get to work) I had cut the A/C belt because I couldnt figure out how to get that damn thing off. The past couple of days Ive been triing to get the a/c belt back on. I cant see anything (Damn Honda) I thought that the bolt I see from the top of the engine right next to the t-belt cover may be the tensioner, but when it loosen it, it seems to just move up and not do anything. Please help me out I live in florida. I need my AC.
A diagram may be helpful.
