Rep Power: 0 Help!!! 91 DX D15b2 Swap to --> D16a6 Head with D15b7 Block
So I recently swapped my stock engine block (d15b2) in my 91 Civic DX to a rebuilt block that has a d16a6 head and a d15b7 block. The only thing I've changed out is the engine block so I'm still running pm5 with dpfi and using my DX wiring harness, tranny, intake, exhaust, etc etc.
Everything swapped out more or less smoothly as the block fit right in with no issues. However, it won't stay started. I turn it over and it takes a couple cranks and it starts up and then idle's for a few seconds then loses power and dies off.
In an attempt to fix this I've done a lot of different things from checking the distributor, to changing spark plugs, checking the injectors, and checking the main relay.
So...
1. Can I use the b2 distributor with the a6 heads if I'm still running dpfi?? The distributor was a tight fit but it fits.
2. Is there an issue with the pulley/ timing? I used the b2 pulley because the block didn't come with it.
3. I've got a check engine light that I have yet to diagnose. What are the codes for that?
4. It also doesn't respond when I press the gas pedal as it's roughly idling
Any and all help/ suggestions are appreciated! I need my daily driver running again.

I've done some more research and the reason I'm getting the code 6 is that my ECT sensor is not plugged in. However... there's nowhere to plug it in????
In the D15B2 it's located on the back of the block above the oil filter and it's located in the same place as a d16a6 block. However, on a d15b7 block, it's located on the head... So I really have no place to put this sensor and it's not starting, or staying started without any kind of read.
Help???? is there a place or way to rewire so that it can get a good temperature read?? I need this car to run
