Injector problem

Injector problem I had an injector spewing fuel so when I got the fuel rail off and pulled the injector the o ring and keeper were stuck in head so I went to remove them and the plastic keeper fell in the cylinder head. What should I do, in a hurry because I’m supposed to get a out of province inspection and only have permit for 1 day
