D16Z6 in ek hatch wiring?? NEED HELP!

I know there is other threads dealing with this but nothing address my specific situation that I can find so let me explain what I have...
I bought a 96 ek hatch that has a d16z6 already in it, with a p2e ecu and a automatic trans wiring harness out of a 98, in other words a mess... the car runs and runs good except for at idle it’s throwing codes for bank 1 and 2 o2 sensor and iacv which all aren’t even plugged in iacv wires are cut and o2 sensor connectors don’t match up to the harness.

So basically I’m trying to figure out what I need to do to get this thing to run with no codes because nc inspection laws are strict. So do I need a new harness and ecu or what? Do I need a jumper harness? I’m at a loss as to which direction to go, I paid next to nothing for the car I’ve already done a head gasket and had the head re surfaced and I just want to get it legal for a daily driver but I’m not the best with wiring so any help is greatly appreciated, I don’t want to spend money where it’s not needed. Thanks guys.
