radiator problem

okay so I had a minor incident ended up bending what is in the circle. Can someone give me a name to what this part is trying to either fix it or replace it so my radiator can fit the in the bottom cushion. Also this is not my car just couldn’t find a better image.
It’s bent upwards probably about 2 inches or so.
P.s my hood won’t shut all the way, but it does lock down can this be the cause of it also. Thank you in advance.

Re: radiator problem

I'd call it a "core support"
Honda probably calls it 'crossmember, front bulkhead (lower)' or something similar

If it's not seriously mutilated, only bent up:

Remove radiator
Use a long block of wood and a hammer to pound the bent piece back into place.
