radiator problem ??

i was wondering if anybody knows or has done a radiator swap from the b series engines. the half size radiator because i might be doing a turbo setup where the turbo's gonna be mounted differently and i need to make room for it. its gonna be mounted somethin like this ..

I haven't seen anyone do it, that doesn't mean no one's done it. Just get a double thick if you do, or you'll lose a whole lot of cooling.

It'll work. You'll just have to figure out a way to mount it.

just buy a hlaf radiator used in the 99-00 civics.. then go to a machine shop and have then cut off the lower bracket hole and reweld it to the proper location of where you want the radiator...

then take the upper mount and move it to the proper location as well... you might have to drill a hole to put the screw in for the new location

thats kinda what i was thinkin about. i work at a parts store so i have easy access to a radiator, but you think that going to to a smaller radiator will let my car overheat ?

smaller radiator with an oem fan.. YES..

smaller radiator with a hi flow fan then no... this has been proven many times at the dyno in my location... if anything make sure you get a hi flow fan like t-fal or something
