Radiator and radiator cap help

Hello, i posted before about random coolant loss and someone said it might be a bad radiator cap. How can i tell if its bad?

i remember i could read the warning on the cap perfectly, but now the ink is just smudged and faded, could it mean the radiator cap is allowing steam to exit the radiator?

Re: Radiator and radiator cap help

Ummm i havent herd of a lose cap making coolant loss. Is there ever wet spots around the cap after driving a bit?. How much coolant is being lost and how fast?. It could be something bigger and is just in the infancy of the problem
