I use white lithium grease on all my poly bushings and it works really well, don't get the aerosol of it, buy a cheapo grease gun and use solid grease.

Re: front end squeaks
will u have to take the front end down and do it or can u just put some around the bolt where it goes into that bushing and could it also be the bushings on the lower control arm cause i also replaced those as well

Re: front end squeaks
The most effective way to do it would be to remove the bolt, because you really need to coat the complete metal to metal surface to stop the squeaking. I'd definitely encourage you to try and put some around where the bolt goes in though, with a bit of luck the grease might work it's way down the collar.
One of the places I use white lithium is on my ES lower control arm bushings, it works great, so you'd definitely be able to use it there as well.
One other tip, I gave up on using anti-seize on suspension components and reserve it for engine related components as it's let me down a couple times, instead give moly bearing grease a shot. It's much thicker than anti-seize and I believe it will stand the test of time better.

Re: front end squeaks
Yup, I get it at a parts store.
I tried spray silicone and spray white lithium and wasn't thrilled with the results, I was still getting a fair bit of annoying squeaking. They did help, they just didn't help as pulling the bolt and coating it in solid grease.
