95 civic idle problems. need help

95 civic idle problems. need help
just swaped a d16z6 in and when started it runs fine but when I push on the gas or try to drive down the road I hear a clicking and the check engine light flickers and the car trys to cut off. sounds like it is fluding when it hits higher rpms I don't know what is happening
