95 civic ex coupe After I filled up my civic with 91 fuel cuz I was trying to pass emissions my car died, replaced the fuel pump nothing happened replaced the main fuel relay nothing happened , checked all my fuses and there all good. Don't know wats wrong with it, disconnected the fuel line off my fuel rail and no gas come from my pump. At the pump I'm getting 3.2V and it's got to have 12V I need help diagnosing this problem.
