93' civic vent heat problem plz help.

93' civic vent heat problem plz help.
I have had nothing but cols air come out of my vents so I replaced the thermostat and its still not heating up. Car heats to normal temp has all antifreeze just heater isn't working. Both lines to the firewall from the thermostat are hot one being hotter. so im out of ideas can anyone help me plz?
