Rep Power: 0 clogged injector cleaning (off car)
my injectors were exposed to some dirty gas. they clogged to the point the car would just start and die.
I soaked them in carb cleaner and tried to blow through them with the solinoid open.
After cleaning I started the car I was able to rev it up but it was idling a little rough blowing some white smoke. Then I started getting worse and I believe the injectors became clogged again.
What is the best way to clean them off the car? Should I blow cleaner through injector with valve open? Should I blow backwards? What is the best cleaner to soak them in?
Thank you. RJR

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

This worked for someone on a S2000 forum....
Be careful, carb cleaner/throttle body cleaner spray is quite flammable.
HTH
EDIT: There are 2 separate videos up there. One didn't seem to link?
