91 starts then starves for gas and dies

91 starts then starves for gas and dies
car will idle for a few seconds then die. replaced fuel filter and fuel pump. getting fuel to fuel bar. all ingectors are getting signal to open and close. The "LOW" light goes out after fuel system pumps up. I can get engine to run longer and rev up by dumping a little gas down the air intake tube. I don't know for sure that system is at 38lbs.
Could this be clogged injectors or maybe the fuel pressure regulator?
