Exclamation 94 civic dx not starting HELP please!!

my civic isnt starting it will crank or whatever but wont go all the way. timed it a million times new belt, new distribitor new ingectors tried 3 computers. it started and ran when i first got it and only a few time after putting new things in then dies out put a new head started right up stayed running then died out. its getting spark plugs are good have literally checked everything except the wiring harnesses. could that be it or am i wasting my time replacing those. i dont want to replace those and that not be the problem. please help im desperate its our only car.

Have you checked fuel delivery. Place a pressure gauge om the filter and see if there is pressure when you are trying to start it. Also check the main fuel relay under the drivers dash for cold solders.
