95 civic dx idle problem

I just replaced my idle air control valve, but it is still having the same problem, when it is warm the idle will go up and down from 900rpm to 1200 rpm about. but when i turn the heat on it will stop. very weird

that is weird , did you try google? this would apply to any car and someone else must have had this same problem.
