horn on 93 civic EX does not work !!!

i have an air bag and i removed it and got the horn buttons out i fixed it then it stoped working again

Check for a blown fuse.

i took the stering wheel air bag plastic piece out snipped the end off sodered a new one on to meet the ex needs the old one was snapped in the spool ,,horns works great after replacing ,,,
