94 civic having trouble with engine, HELP Pls!!

94 civic having trouble with engine, HELP Pls!!
Ok 94 5speed starts but is only running on three cylinders fuel injector for number 1 is spurting out the O ring, engine sounds like lifters are hitting the valve cover, what the hell do I do to diagnose this
