If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
Re: 1994 honda CEL on after timing belt change
What time is it there? I hear a rooster.
Why is the light blinking?
Do you have the SCS connector jumpered? (The light shouldn't flash like that unless the SCS has a jumper in it.)
Is it flashing out a code?
Is it flashing code #1?
That means it didn't like what it saw from the O2 sensor.
If the timing belt was JUST done, it could be out of time by one tooth making it run too rich.
Otherwise, there are tests that should be done on the O2 sensor before condemning it. Got a shop manual that explains this?

i put paper clip on the connector.
flashing code #1- it means o2 sensor.
where i can find the o2 sensor?
my engine is ph16, which is the PI version of d16 engine.
does my 1994 d16 engine has o2 sensor? thanks
car runs perfectly and seems no problem at all.

There wouldn't be a code for it if there was none.
A code does not necessarily mean it is bad.
A shop manual would explain more about this.

What is a PI version? Phillipines?
All my info is for US spec cars.
