No power to the taillights

What I have done is swapped my chassis harness out of my 94 dx hatch for a ex coupe chassis harness. I did this so I can use the power windows, locks and have a vtec harness for my b16a.

Well last night we starting putting the car back together so I can get my car back on the road.. Well after getting everything hook back up and making sure the headlights, dash and so worked things started going wrong. When I turned the headlights on I heard a pop ( fuse) and I had headlights, some dash lights,no taillights, front blinker lights (no flash for blinks) or inside lights.. So we replaced the fuse and everything work, but the taillights and the blinking function.

We even hooked up the ex taillight harness with ex taillights and still have no power to the back. We did replaced the fuse that blew and still have no taillights .So am I missing a ground on the rear,do I need to re-pin the dx taillight harness for the ex harness or am I just over looking something?
