OBD2 port

i recently traded my old truck for a 94 ex thats had an engine swap. the check engine light is on and im having trouble finding the OBD2 port. i know where its SUPPOSED to be, but it isnt there... any suggestions?

94 is NOT OBDII.

OBD1 link is under passenger side dash , a 3 pin connector with green plastic casing, next to it is a 2 pin blue connector for jumping cel .
