My 2000 Honda Civic Si needs its valves adjusted. It has AEM cams, with a belt that's a bit loose on them. I have a guy thats taking care of it all this week. Once all this is fixed will my car run better? I feel like its not running how it should. V-tech isn't pulling as hard, and It feels kind of hesitant as I'm slowly climbing RPMs.

Oh and also the check engine light IS on, but a test has been ran and all that its showing is my IACV going out. Nothing else..

AEM cams? ya mean the cam gears? AEM does not make cams

Thats what i meant. I figured out the problem. It was a combination of the valves needing adjusted and the bank 1 02 sensor being replaced. All was fixed and it runs great now
