Sounds like something is rubbing against something else. My suggestion would be to just jack up from the front so you can see underneath and have someone turn the wheel back and forth while you are looking to see if anything is touching. Does it effect the way the car drives?

i went to a car shop today and they said the ball joint where worn out!

yea well im starting to think its not the cv joints. cuz i re checked and they are pretty tight and their is no play in them. but i did notice on the driver side the brake caliber is loose
