OK last week the car was running beautiful then I went out started the car 2 days ago and let it warm up and the idle in the car dropped and it started running really rough. when I start out in first gear it feels like i need a new clutch the car feels sluggish like the power is being robbed from it, I pulled the IAC and cleaned it which didn't seem to help. I also cleaned out the throttle body that didn't help either. I also checked all the vacuum lines and didn't find any issues there either. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. also the engine is a dual point, don't know if that matters

i have a 94 ex with the 1.6 vtec and mine did the same thing and even if the vacuum lines look ok deosnt mean they dont leak so try and spray every vacuum hose with throttle body cleaner while the motor is at operating temp
